Returns
Specially ordered/requested parts (by phone or email) are subject to a 20% restocking fee. This does not apply to regular items that appear on the website.
New items that have been installed may not be returned. Used items that have been mishandled by the user, broken upon installation or otherwise damaged by a hack mechanic may not be returned. A return must be the same part in the same condition as sent by us.
Requests for returns/refunds must be made within 1 week after you received the part. We will not grant a return/refund for something that has been in your possession longer than that time.
All parts must be returned for a refund of the purchase price or exchange. We give no partial refunds.
Shipping
5 days a week. All orders are sent through the USPS. We use 1st class mail and Priority mail for domestic orders. International orders are sent using 1st class mail international for parcels under 4 pounds, or Priority mail international for parcels over 4 pounds.
International Customers
Please contact us in English. Shipping times vary widely to your location and can take over a month in rare cases. You are responsible for paying import duties, fees, taxes and customs charges.

ALL PARTS ARE INSPECTED AND TESTED AS NECESSARY, SOME PARTS BY THEIR NATURE SHOW MORE WEAR FROM USE THAN OTHERS. WE ONLY SELL PARTS THAT ARE FOUND USABLE.
Please read the item description and look at the picture before making your purchase.
If purchasing an assembly of more than one small part, look closely at the picture and description. Because if something is not in the picture or mentioned in the item description, it is not included with the item.
Do not assume that because your chainsaw model is listed on the fit list that a part will fit. Many models of chainsaws were made for decades and used different parts and used different parts over that time span. Look at the part you are replacing and compare yours to the one in the picture before you make your purchase.
Sometimes a part may fit more models than listed.
There is no guarantee how long a used part will last.
