These stickers are all approximately 4" in diameter (unless specifically stated) and are made on a self adhesive material that is designed to take the weather.  The printing is protected with an acrylic coating.  They can probably last a few years outside, however, if you plan for them to stay outside, a tougher sealer would be advised.
